The altitude, the climate, the seasons, the vegetation, and the knowledge of those who live among these mountains make Mantiqueira one of the world’s most renowned coffee-growing regions.

Altitude
Between 900 and 1,400 meters above sea level. Cool nights slow the ripening of the cherries, concentrating sugars and aromatic complexity in every bean.
Climate
Rainy summers and dry, cold winters create natural cycles of water stress that intensify the expression of terroir in high-altitude harvests.
Identity
Commercial consistency: quality, traceability, and predictability, harvest after harvest. Every selected farm is personally visited by our team.
