We are

1850 was born from the belief that extraordinary coffees do not happen by chance.
They are the result of the relationship between land, climate, time, knowledge, and people.
That is why, before selecting a lot, we seek to understand everything that surrounds it. We visit farms, meet producers, follow their processes, and uncover what makes each origin truly unique.
More than exporting specialty coffees, we bring to the world the stories that made these coffees possible.
Our Origin
It all begins in Mantiqueira.
Among mountains, elevations, and distinct terroirs lies a diversity of coffees that reveals the very best this region has to offer.
Coffees of different varieties, processing methods, and sensory profiles, produced by people who deeply understand their land and their craft.
It was among the mountains of Southern Minas Gerais that we discovered one of Brazilian coffee’s greatest treasures.
It is in this land that 1850 finds the origins it brings to the world.
